DREADMOOR release info
These are the details this page treats as settled. Anything else is listed further down as unconfirmed.
| Detail | Status |
|---|---|
| Release date | November 9, 2026 |
| Platform | PC (Windows) |
| Store | Steam |
| Console versions | Not announced |
| Mac or Linux builds | Not announced |
Minimum and recommended system requirements
Pre-release store pages often carry placeholder specs, and studios tend to revise them in the final weeks before launch. This table only lists figures we have checked against an official source. So far, none of the hardware lines are confirmed.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows (version not confirmed) | Windows (version not confirmed) |
| CPU (Intel / AMD Ryzen) | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| RAM | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Graphics card (NVIDIA / AMD Radeon) | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| DirectX | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Storage | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| SSD required | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
If you see specs on a third-party site, compare them with the System Requirements section of the official Steam page. A mismatch usually means one of the two is out of date. When the developer publishes a full list, the table above will be updated with the exact parts and a dated note.
Storage and download size

The install size has not been confirmed. Final sizes often change right up to release, and day-one patches can add more on top. Plan for some headroom instead of relying on the figure printed at launch.
Good to know
Steam needs extra free space beyond the listed install size while it unpacks and patches files. Keeping a margin free on the target drive avoids failed updates on launch day.
Fortnite is a good example of how far live updates can grow a game after release. Our guide to how much space Fortnite takes up on PC shows the pattern.
Steam Deck compatibility
DREADMOOR has no Steam Deck rating yet. Valve assigns one of four labels after testing a game on the handheld:
| Steam Deck label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Verified | Runs well on Deck with default settings and controls |
| Playable | Runs, but may need manual tweaks such as controls or text size |
| Unsupported | Does not currently work on Steam Deck |
| Unknown | Valve has not tested the game yet |
Ratings for new games often appear close to or after release. Until DREADMOOR shows a label on its Steam page, treat Deck support as unknown. Running it in dock mode on a TV won’t change the rating, because Valve tests the handheld itself.
